Towards the end of last term, our Year 7 students took part in one of their most important transition milestones, their Year 7 Camp. As they are still settling into the College, mastering the use of their timetables and lockers and learning their way around the College, the camp was the perfect opportunity to leave formalities behind and focus on getting to know others in a relaxed setting. Lord Somers Camp on the Mornington Peninsula, offered beautiful surrounds with students enjoying Stand-Up Paddle Boarding and Kayaking, creating delicious pizzas and customising t-shirts amongst lots more! The smiles all around were infectious as students challenged themselves mentally and physically, whilst working together. A camp highlight was dancing up a storm on their final night and raising the roof as they cheered their friends on!
