The day finally arrived that many had been waiting for.…the first day for our Year 7 students! As they stepped through the gates as new Kilbreda girls there was a sense of excitement, happiness and no doubt, slight apprehension. There will be many mixed emotions in the first few days. Our Homeroom teachers and Wellbeing staff are running sessions on relationship building and transition to help create a sense of belonging. At the College, we believe that positive relationships lie at the heart of learning and for students to be ready to learn, they must firstly feel happy and secure.
