It was fantastic to welcome so many families yesterday at our ‘Welcome to Music Evening’. Coordinated by Co-curricular Performing Arts Coordinator, Ms Jo-Anne Hilliard, an insightful overview of our extensive Instrumental Music Program was presented. Our instrumental Music Tutors (all highly experienced musicians and teachers) were also on hand to demonstrate their instruments and facilitate questions. The evening is an important part of the overall ‘Introduction to Music Program’, which our Year 7 students undertake including a Selmer Music Test and Instrument Try-Out Day held earlier this term. We encourage all families to consider our co-curricular Music offering at the College.
