Reappointment of Clare Kelly as Assistant Principal: Performance and Development

Kilbreda College is delighted to announce the reappointment of Clare Kelly as Assistant Principal: Performance and Development.

Clare brings over 25 years of experience as a dedicated educator and educational leader in secondary settings. Her leadership journey has encompassed a wide range of roles including Year Level Leader, Transition Leader, Senior Learning and Pathways Leader, and Deputy Principal – Learning and Teaching.

Throughout her career, Clare has demonstrated a deep commitment to school improvement, guided by a supportive and evidence-informed approach. She has designed and implemented innovative learning programs that encourage students to think critically about their learning, develop effective learning behaviours and strive to achieve their personal best.

Clare wholeheartedly embraces the values of the Brigidine tradition, living these through her leadership. With her extensive knowledge of educational research and expertise in using data to inform practice, she continues to drive a culture of excellence and improvement across the College.

Currently undertaking a Master of Educational Leadership, Clare is equally committed to her own professional growth as she is to nurturing that of her colleagues and students. She feels privileged to be part of the Kilbreda community and, alongside the Leadership Team, looks forward to continuing to strengthen learning and wellbeing outcomes for all students.
