Past Pupils of Distinction Dinner

What an incredible night we had on Saturday 6 May at the Beaumaris Motor Yacht Squadron as we celebrated our 2021 and 2023 Past Pupils of Distinction inductees and nominees. The room was abuzz with guests spanning generations who were there to celebrate incredible women, their contributions and achievements. Women who have and continue to demonstrate strength and kindliness. Women who have and are making a difference! Amongst these women there was a recurrent theme of advocacy for the most vulnerable including First Nations people, people with injuries and illness, victims of crime and abuse. These women have devoted their lives throughout and beyond the gates of the College to act as a voice for the voiceless and raise awareness to impact so many in need. Their stories of teachers who have inspired them and relationships with their peers from the College that are still going strong, were truly moving and illustrated the positive impact the College has made on many lives. We thank members of the Past Pupils’ Network Committee, particularly Chair, Denise Leonard for creating a beautiful event that will continue for years to come. We also thank the College Development team and Co-Captains, Sienna and Rachel for their assistance and heart-warming musical performance. Every two years, the breadth and calibre of the women nominated is always impressive and we look forward to recognising many more in 2025 and beyond!
