Wellbeing and Engagement
Welcome Back
Welcome back to Term 4! We hope all students and families had a restful and refreshing break. As we begin the final term of the year, we’re looking forward to a busy and exciting period filled with valuable learning and a wide range of events and activities. From classroom projects to whole-school celebrations, there’s so much to look forward to. Let’s make it a positive and productive term together!
Our student leaders welcomed students to the campus with treats, messages and music with the view to nurturing a warm and inclusive community.

Thank You

A special thank you for your generosity on Brigidine Day. The day was a traditional one of fundraising and the celebration of the end of Term 3. With many hands assisting with the planning and organisation, the day was joyful, meaningful and memorable for all. Most of all, the day raised much needed funds for Wellsprings for Women.
Wellsprings for Women is a non-profit organisation that supports women, especially those from migrant and refugee backgrounds, by providing education, support services, and a safe, welcoming environment. Their work helps empower women through programs such as english language classes, employment support and wellbeing activities.
World Mental Health Day
World Mental Health Day is observed on 10 October every year, with the overall objective of raising awareness of mental health issues around the world and mobilizing efforts in support of mental health.
Research shows that physical activity is good for mental health. At lunchtime on Friday there were activities held on the oval – it was great to see the students get involved!

Final Days for our Year 12 Students
As the final days of Year 12 draw to a close, our students stand at a powerful crossroads – filled with a deep sense of accomplishment and joy, having reached the end of a journey they began over a decade ago. There is a strong feeling of community as they celebrate shared milestones, reflect on memories, and prepare to part ways with the people and places that have shaped them. While there may be moments of nostalgia and even sadness, these are beautifully balanced by the excitement of what lies ahead. Our students are ready – confident, capable and eager to step into the next chapter of their lives.
2026 Homerooms and Groups
Over the coming weeks, the College will finalise Homerooms and core groups for 2026. As I am sure you can imagine, this is a very complex process and many factors are taken into consideration when allocating students to specific classes. Our Assistant Principal: Learning and Teaching, Level Leaders and Pastoral staff, Learning Diversity staff and relevant teaching staff spend a great deal of time working through this process. If there are any specific educational grounds which you believe may be relevant to this process, of which the school is not already aware, please contact your relevant Level Leader. Please note, that parent requests relating to friendship groups, classes and teachers, cannot be considered in this process. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
