Our coach, Shannon has continued to teach the aerobic skills this term. We encourage all students to come along to the remaining six sessions for the term. Shannon will be working on the key skills of Aerobics, as well as core strength for the push up component of the routines. All students are welcome. We hope to include more teams next year.
