CGSAV Cross Country
On 1 June we participated in the Interschool Cross Country Competition at Yarra Bend, Fairfield. On the day we competed against SHGC Geelong, CLC, Mercy College, St Mary’s, OLSH, Santa Maria, Mater Christi and Mount Saint Josephs

The Senior team finished third on the day and in their final game, Sienna Hoult, scored a “cracking goal from the top of the circle” in the last 15 seconds of the game!
The Junior team were undefeated all day, scoring numerous goals in all four games leading into the Grand Final game against Mount Saint Josephs. Scores were tied at the end of half time and then we scored two goals in the second half, winning the game 2-0!
Congratulations to Neve Hoult who was awarded ‘Best Player in the Grand Final’.
