Student Free Day – Monday 13 March

The College will be closed on Monday 13 March due to the Labour Day Public Holiday.

Early Departure – Thursday 16 March

Due to our College Open Evening, we will be running Day 8 bell times on Thursday 16 March and students will be dismissed at 1.50pm.

House Athletics Carnival

Our annual whole school Athletics Carnival will take place on Tuesday 28 March at Duncan Mackinnon Reserve, Corner North Road and Murrumbeena Road, Murrumbeena.  All students are expected to attend unless they are unwell and normal absence notification procedures apply on the day.  Any student absent from the Carnival is required to provide a medical certificate to the College.

All students will be transported by bus from the College to the athletics track.  Students are required to be in their Homeroom by 8.30am and will then make their way to the bus with their Homeroom teacher.

At the end of the Carnival, students have two options.  They may return to the College on the buses provided or they may make their own way home from the track.  Parent permission for dismissal from the track must be given on PAM prior to the day of the carnival.   Please note that no handwritten notes, emails or phone calls etc. will be accepted on or prior to the day of the Carnival.   Students departing from the carnival will be dismissed once all students returning to Kilbreda are on a bus.

If you are collecting your daughter from the track, please arrive by 2.40pm.

Students returning to the College on the buses provided will be dismissed upon returning to Kilbreda which will be at approximately 3.15pm.

Please ensure that you login to PAM to give consent for your daughter’s participation in the Carnival and indicate if she has your permission to be dismissed from the venue and make her own way home by Tuesday 21 March. We also ask that you ensure that all contact and medical details are up to date.

Please note that parental permission will not be granted on the morning of the carnival and any students who does not have the appropriate permission on PAM will remain at the College and be sent to the library for the day.
