Compassion – Walking with and Having Empathy for All

It was a privilege this week to attend the Senior VCAL Showcase and hear from each of our Senior VCAL students about their learning journey. Their tales of strength and perseverance were inspiring and their support of one another was visible for all to see.

May we all follow the example that they have set and be an encouragement to others in our daily walk.

“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.”
Joshua 1:9

VCE Unit 3 & 4 Trial Examinations

A reminder that VCE Unit 3/4 Trial Examinations will be conducted during the second week of the upcoming school holiday break. Students are expected to attend these examination sessions in order to best prepare for the VCAA Examinations beginning in October. Many of these examinations will be assessed externally which provides the opportunity for students to hear feedback from another teacher. The examination sessions will also be supervised by our VCAA assessors, providing an authentic experience for students prior to their end of year examinations. Please refer to the communication sent home to families from Ms Clare Kelly for timetables and further information.
