We are thrilled to announce that our College Co-Captain, Rachel Jones, has been nominated for an award from the Music Theatre Guild of Victoria for her performance in our 2023 College production, Legally Blonde. Rachel is nominated in the category, ‘Best Supporting Performer in a Female Presenting Role’ for her portrayal of Paulette Buonufonte. Rachel as Paulette, ‘the brassy manicurist who provided sound relationship advice to Elle and is a lover of Ireland’ had the audience in stitches with her comedic timing and blew us away with her incredible vocals. She was a much-loved cast member of this incredible production, one of many who worked tirelessly to bring you an outstanding show! Award recipients will be announced at the 36th Bruce Awards Ceremony to be held on Saturday 9 December in Geelong. We wish Rachel all the best for the evening.
