Leah is guided by Kilbreda’s Catholic identity and Brigidine tradition, and committed to nurturing inclusive, supportive school communities.

Leah Cristiano has been a valued member of the Kilbreda College community since 2003. She has taught across Health and Human Development, Junior Science and Languages (Italian), bringing broad classroom experience to her leadership.
Guided by Kilbreda’s Catholic identity and Brigidine tradition, Leah has completed a Master of Educational Leadership and has played a key role in shaping the College’s wellbeing and pastoral direction. She has led and seeded several significant initiatives, including the Big Sister, Little Sister program, transition events, elements of the Years 7 – 9 pastoral program, and the EngageEd initiative.
Dynamic, deeply relational and future-focused, Leah is committed to embedding wellbeing across school life, recognising the uniqueness of each student and supporting staff to provide consistent, meaningful care and engagement.
