On Tuesday, Year 7 and 8 students, along with those from Years 9 to 12 who opted in to run, participated in the House Fun Run at Braeside Park. This cross-country event provides a wonderful opportunity for students to have fun, earn House points and qualify for the CGSAV event. Congratulations to the winners in each category: Madeline D (Year took first in the Juniors, Jacinta C (Year 10) led the Intermediates and Jas P (Year 11) won the Seniors. Brigid House emerged as the champions, closely followed by Tullow House. Organising these events requires a lot of work, so we would like to acknowledge our Year 10 and 11 VET Sport and Recreation students who played a significant role in managing the day’s activities. We also extend our appreciation to a number of our senior students who ran the course a second time to encourage and support our junior participants. Their encouragement was remarkable!
