Last week we celebrated our ‘Christmas Wishes’ concert, which gave our students who are participating in the College Music Program and College Chorale the chance to shine on stage. With renditions of some of our favorite festive tunes and more, the evening was a wonderful collation of musical talent at the College. Not only did our students impress, Performing Arts’ staff member, Georgia McAleer’s version of ‘Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas’ will be remembered fondly.

Overall, it has been a magnificent year of musical achievement at the College! We began a Beginner Strings Ensemble, Beginner Band continued to flourish, the String Ensemble, Middle Orchestra and Senior Ensemble mastered increasingly challenging repertoire, we have been treated to high level saxophone trio works, the guitar ensemble continued to delight and the Kilbreda Chorale grew in strength and were requested often for community events.
