Yesterday, our Catholic Girls Sports Association of Victoria Swimming Team headed to the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre in Albert Park for the Division 1 Swimming Competition. This year, the event shifted from its usual night schedule to the afternoon and it was a great competition. We proudly brought 45 swimmers to the competition who were selected based on their outstanding performances at our recent House Swimming Carnival and early morning swim training sessions. Congratulations to all students for their dedication and hard work leading up to the Swimming Carnival and on the day itself. Throughout the event, we achieved remarkable individual and relay results, culminating in winning the Intermediate Division. Overall, we proudly secured third place, a fantastic achievement! A special acknowledgment goes to Year 12 student, Mia H, who has represented the College in CGSAV Swimming every year since Year 7. Congratulations and thank you, Mia, for your commitment and contribution!
