Last week was the final week we celebrated Book Week (in our case, fortnight). This year’s theme ‘Dreaming with Eyes Open’ presented the opportunity for our wonderful Library team to host many imaginative activities and provided unique experiences for our students to try something new. Activities featured a ‘Dungeons and Dragon’ session (which may become a club!) led by Learning Diversity Assistant, Mr Fak, various creative competitions and making beautiful ‘Dream Catchers’. Always a highlight was the annual ‘Book Week Quiz’, where the Library was bursting at the seams with energetic students ready to take on the staff. Our winners were the Year 12 team, ‘The Rowdy Rodents’ featuring College Co-Captain, Francesca Malignaggi. Plans for next year are already underway!
