St Vincent De Paul Christmas Hampers

This term, our big focus is on producing Christmas Hampers for St Vincent de Paul to distribute to local families in need. There are so many people struggling to make ends meet and Vinnies have been inundated with requests from families this year hoping to have something special around the Christmas period. Students will be given information on the number and age of family members and are asked to contribute items with this in mind. Our Year 12 HHD classes have already kicked off the drive with donations that will be converted into gift cards.

Annual Refugee Picnic

On 29 October, Year 11 volunteers are helping out at the annual refugee picnic, which is coordinated by the St Louis and St Brigid’s Justice Action Group (JAG). Last year, they had a ball playing games, dancing and enjoying some traditional treats with the young children in attendance. JAG is very keen to have our students back as it was such a success!
