Year 10

Term 3 has been an incredibly busy and rewarding time for our Year 10 students. As they continue their journey through senior study, the cohort has demonstrated remarkable resilience and strength, rising to meet the challenges and opportunities that come with this important stage of their education.

This term has brought a unique combination of academic demands, extracurricular commitments and personal growth. Our students have navigated the complexities of senior-style assessments, balanced their increasing responsibilities, and shown a growing maturity as they prepare for the transition into the final years of schooling.

Beyond the classroom, Year 10 students have continued to develop the skills, independence and confidence that will serve them well as they enter adulthood. Their ability to persevere through challenges, support one another and stay engaged in both their academic and co-curricular pursuits has been commendable. Congratulations to all the students who have participated in extracurricular opportunities and contributed to school life across the many activities and events offered to them this Term. These experiences are creating a positive environment and helping to build rewarding memories for students.

This week also marked the exciting launch of the Year 11 Central Australia Immersion Trip. On Tuesday, students were provided with the itinerary and key information for this once-in-a-lifetime experience. Families are invited to reflect and discern with their children about this opportunity, with applications now open and accepted until 4.00pm on Monday 15 September.
