Asynchronous Learning Day for Students – Monday 4 November

There will be an Asynchronous Learning Day for Students on Monday 4 November. 
The College will be closed except for VCE students taking part in Unit 3 and 4 VCAA examinations.

Student Free Day – Tuesday 5 November

The College will be closed on Tuesday 5 November due to the Melbourne Cup Public Holiday. 

Edstart – Improved School Fee Payment Options

We are pleased to announce that Kilbreda College has partnered with specialist provider, Edstart, to make managing your school fee payments easier. 

Parents and caregivers will have access to more options with your school fee payments, including:

• The option to pay weekly, fortnightly, monthly, termly or annually by selecting the schedule that works best for you
• Options to switch from termly payments to instalment payments at any time during the year if there are changes to your budget
• The ability to choose your preferred day for when payments are made
• The ability to spread your school fee payments over the full year
• The option to pay via direct debit, debit/credit card or BPay 
• The ability to adjust your repayments at any time

There is no additional cost to families when using Edstart Plus to pay your Kilbreda College fees, and families can include all additional charges such as capital fees, levies, excursions and camps in their Edstart plan. 

As of Term 1 2025, Edstart Plus will be the payment platform for all Kilbreda College fees, and as such all families are required to set up an Edstart account before 13 December 2024. You will receive an email from Edstart in the coming weeks that will contain a link to set up your Edstart account. If you do not receive this email please check your junk mail folder.

Please note that Edstart is required to verify your identity before setting up your account by cross-referencing the details on your credit report. This will not impact your credit file or your credit rating. Alternatively, you can provide your driver’s licence or passport to complete this process.
