Congratulations to Class of 2025’s Alicia Vu, who has been recognised with a Premier’s VCE Award for Politics following her outstanding VCE results last year.

Alicia, who was also Kilbreda’s 2025 Dux Proxime, achieved a perfect study score of 50 in Politics. A hardworking and dedicated student, Alicia embraced every aspect of College life. She represented Kilbreda in sport, served as a valued Student Ambassador and Sustainability Leader, and consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence in and beyond the classroom.

We also congratulate Alicia’s teacher, Angela Liyanage, whose dedication and expertise have supported Alicia and many other students to achieve outstanding results. Recognising the ever-changing political landscape in Australia and around the world, Angela established valuable partnerships with universities and industry, inspiring students to think critically, engage deeply with contemporary issues and develop a genuine passion for politics and lifelong learning.
