This term, Year 10 students have had the opportunity to engage in a range of topics in Pastoral focused on developing important life skills. Students were able to choose from a variety of areas, including yoga and meditation, decision-making, financial literacy and future planning, motivation and discipline, minor sports and a presentation from guest speaker Anna Regina Galluzzo.

Anna Regina Galluzzo is a construction expert, academic and licensed builder with more than 30 years of experience across the Australian construction industry. Students benefited from her insights into career pathways, resilience and opportunities within the construction sector.

During the recent Student Free Day, several Year 10 students challenged themselves to write and illustrate an entire book in a single day. Congratulations to Kara G, Celeste H, Indigo M, and Amelia M for their positive participation and commitment throughout the day.

Congratulations also to Matilda L and Caitlin Y on receiving the Term 3 Principal’s Award at this week’s College Assembly. This recognition reflects their positive contribution to the College community and their commitment to exhibiting the College values daily.

The Trivia morning with St Bede’s Year 10 students will take place on Thursday 10 September. A student report on the event will appear in our next Newsletter edition.
