CGSAV Aerobics

Student Reflection

On Friday 14 August, Kilbreda’s Aerobics teams went to the CGSAV competition at OLMC (Our Lady of Mercy College) in Heidelberg. The day was filled with nerves and excited feelings from all members of the teams. It was such a great day to all be together and perform. We had a lot of extra coaching from our Head Coach, Lexi. She was amazing at putting us into teams, working with each group equally, attending practice sessions and showing us the importance of working together as a team. The day couldn’t have happened without the help of Mrs Maree Clark, Mrs Laska and Mrs Julie Clark and a special thank you to Mr Kelly and Miss Smith for driving the bus. One of our Senior teams finished in 3rd place and a Junior team finished in 2nd place. A huge congratulations to everybody who participated in the Aerobics teams this year and good luck for next year’s aerobic competition season.
