Learning Progress Meetings

Next week, we will be holding our Semester 1 Learning Progress Meetings. Please note that no formal classes will run on Thursday 2 April to accommodate these meetings. Learning Progress Meetings provide a valuable opportunity to focus on your child’s learning progress, and where possible, we encourage students to attend so they can receive feedback and share their reflections.

Change to Year 8 Art/Textiles Curriculum

Due to recent operational needs, we have made some adjustments to the Year 8 Art/Textiles curriculum. These changes are designed to ensure a more comprehensive coverage of the curriculum standards while effectively addressing the current needs of our school. We highly value student voice in this process, so at the end of this semester, students will be asked to provide their feedback on these updates. This input will be crucial in helping us shape and refine the Art/ Design program moving forward. This will not impact the subjects students can preference as their Year 9 electives.
