House Swimming Sports

Last Monday we held our House Swimming Carnival, a day filled with excitement and friendly competition. After our Year 12 parade, the events began with the 50m Freestyle race, followed by the other strokes and the novelty races, where students are encouraged to simply have fun and earn valuable house points. A highlight of the day was our ‘Fastest 50’, which sees the fastest student from each year level compete in the ultimate freestyle showdown! We congratulate Year 12 student, Mia H who was victorious for the fourth consecutive year! Another standout event, the House Swim, brought together all students to continuously swim, paddle….just get to the end of the pool in pursuit of House points. The local ducks even joined in the festivities! In the highly anticipated staff versus students relay, our staff claimed the title. We thank all of our House Leaders for their leadership as they led chants, whilst motivating and supporting their peers. This year, yellow was the colour of the day with Delany securing the Champion’s Cup.
