Felicity brings extensive experience as Kilbreda college’s Business Manager in financial leadership within Catholic education. A Chartered Accountant and strategic leader, Felicity has previously served as Director of Finance at St Bede’s College, where she led the College’s finance function, including budgeting, financial reporting, governance and long-term planning. Prior to this, she held the role of Finance/Assistant Business Manager at De La Salle College and earlier worked as CFO and Business Manager at A.I.S. Insurance Brokers, overseeing finance, risk, HR, IT, property and operations.
Felicity is known for her ability to balance strategic vision with careful stewardship, strengthening financial governance while ensuring resources are managed ethically and effectively in support of student learning and wellbeing. A warm and relational leader, she is deeply committed to the mission of Catholic education and to fostering a culture of collaboration, integrity and service.
A practising Catholic, Felicity currently serves as Chair of the St Agnes’ Primary School Advisory Council. She brings to Kilbreda a strong alignment with the College’s values and its enduring spirit of Fortiter et Suaviter – Strength and Kindliness.
