Past Student Collection Notice

The Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act came into effect in December 2001. It requires schools to inform members of its community about information it collects.

The Kilbreda Past Students Association may collect personal information about you from time to time. The primary purpose of collecting this information is to enable us to inform you about our activities and the activities of Kilbreda College and to keep Past Students informed about other members. We must have the information referred to above to enable us to continue your membership of Past Students Association.

As you know, from time to time we engage in fundraising activities. The information received from you may be used to make an appeal to you. It may also be used by Kilbreda College to assist in fundraising activities. If you do not agree to this, please advise us now.

The Past Students Association may publish details about you on our website and any other avenues, If you do not agree to this, please advise us now.

You may seek access to personal information collected about you by contacting us, care of Kilbreda College.

If you provide personal information to us about other people, we encourage you to inform them of the above matters.
